Nouvelle-Aquitaine Food Agency AANA is the agency in charge of the quality and the promotion of agricultural, agri-food, marine and wine products of the whole Nouvelle Aquitaine region, the first French region in terms of Quality Signs with 217 SIQO and more than 350 traditional specialties.
It groups together 7 regional institutions, 55 sectors, 6 collective territorial brands, the whole wine and spirits production chain including 3 national offices, a 55 members export college, a qualified personalities college (researchers, chefs, gastronomic journalists).
Confcooperative, is the main representative assistance and protection organization of the Italian cooperative movement and social enterprises by number of companies (18,500), employees (525,000) and turnover achieved (66 billion Euro in turnover). It represents over 3.2 million members.
Confcooperative promotes development, growth and diffusion and is present in 22 Regional Unions and in 46 Territorial Unions nationally, being divided into 8 sector Federations.
ASSICA - Associazione Industriali delle Carni e dei Salumi - is the national trade organization which, within Confindustria, represents the companies that produce cured meats, pig slaughtering and processing of other meat products. It provides privileged information about economic and regulatory developments and supports associated companies by providing timely assistance with economic, health, technical, regulatory, legal, trade union and export procedures.
ASSICA collaborates with national and international public institutions to define a regulatory framework that promotes the development of the sector.
IVSI - The Institute for the promotion of Italian deli meats (IVSI Istituto Valorizzazione Salumi italiani) is a voluntary, non-profit consortium that represents the entire cured meats sector and, through its consortium members, represents 90% of businesses of all sizes and levels nationally. Among its members, IVSI boasts the presence of ASS.I.CA. Service, of ISIT (Istituto Salumi Italiani Tutelati), and the direct participation of three protection consortia: the Mortadella Bologna Consortium, the Italian Cacciatore Consortium and the Zampone and Cotechino Modena PGI Consortium.
The Agripat Agricultural Society Cooperative association was created from the entry of APPE producers into ASSOPA. AGRIPAT has participated since its establishment in the renowned Potato Exchange in Bologna, which by importance represents the largest meeting point in Northern Italy for setting the price of fresh potatoes.
It stipulates the regional framework contract for the sale of potatoes for consumption and carries out research and experiments in collaboration with other associations and aimed at the qualification of regional and national potato growing.
UNION OF VINS DOUX
Founded in 2018 the Union of Vins Doux de Bordeaux is an Association that promotes sweet and dessert white wines, including all the Protected Designations of Origin from vineyards in the Bordeaux region.
The slow, painstaking harvesting process and limited production area make Sweet Bordeaux an especially rare and selective white wine. The Union represents the 6% of Bordeaux producers with 400 listed.
ESPANOLA DEL KAKI
The Spanish Association of Kaki gathers the most important and representatives fruit producers from Spain.
It is actively involved in improving the marketing sector of the persimmon fruit (kaki), promoting the proper application of health legislation, increasing the quality of production, promoting exports and carrying out all those activities that directly or indirectly contribute to the progress of the sector, using the research centres and technical units with technological infrastructure in the Valencian community and those that could be created for the attainment of these purposes.
